We have been working with SFI Global since 2012 to re-define the Pharmasave, Chemist King and Discount Drug store experiences. SFI Global have provided Sigma Pharmaceutical with a total turnkey solution delivering on an end to end solution across store fixtures, lighting, signage and furniture. This turnkey solution has realized growth in sales while substantially reducing costs to the business.

With limited sales due to size of our store, we were looking to improve our merchandising mechanics while increasing key profit metrics such as stock turn and return per square meter.

We set SFI Global the challenge of not only increasing our sales performances but to deliver an improved storage solution. The results have been outstanding. A 20% increase in sales along with improved stock turns and growth in high profit categories. The lighting solution offered by them also ensured the customer experience was greatly improved.
