01 Strategy

Workshop with client covering brand audit and consumer analysis. Customer research identifying capability gaps in current merchandising strategy.

02 Design

Customer brief to SFI outlining key metrics and functionality. Conceptual design documentation, including engineering drawings, graphics and signage presented to client.

03 Prototyping

After design concept approved, prototype constructed incorporating any manufacturing engineering process changes. Prototype manufactured locally in our own workshop to enable speed to market. Customer to sign off of prototype prior to bulk manufacturing order or effect changes.

04 Bulk Manufacturing

Engineering drawings corrected and raw material procurement undertaken. In line QC inspection through production process ensures on time delivery of approved items in line with approved prototypes.

05 Delivery

Our global logistics and inventory management warehouse can assist with order picking, distribution and varied display options to multiple destinations. We also have partnered with various retailers to be their primary distribution centre dispatching fixtures weekly in times of high redevelopment or new store growth.

06 Management

We manage each project from design to implementation with multi-market rollout schedules. Project timelines are issued to each customer to ensure stores open on time and on budget.
